Hi, I’m Faith!
I’m a Melbourne-based Provisional Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who loves food (shock), staying active, travelling, spending time with the people I love, and making the most of my life in my 20’s.
I became a dietitian to help people build a positive relationship with food, improve their health and achieve their personal goals while enjoying a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
I believe food helps you sustain the life you want to live, and with good food, you can feel your best and support your well-being. People often think they need to have the “perfect” diet, but I’m here to tell you there’s no such thing. Food is meant to be enjoyed and your diet can support so many aspects of your life, often in ways you don’t even realise. I want to help you build a healthier relationship with food so you can enjoy eating and live the life you want to lead.
